I do my best not to generalize any entire demographic.
With that said there are some Caucasians whom I dislike, there are some Asian people whom I dislike, there are Latinos whom I dislike, and etc.

3. It depends
I don't believe in race. It's just a social construct. Ethnicities exist, but the grouping of ethnicities into races is a social construct.
That being said, how many people here have actually met a variety of "black" people? Not just African Americans or whatever the equivalent term is in the UK and other western countries, but also people from many thousands of different cultures in Africa.
You'll quickly find that whatever concept you had of "black" people ends up being quite inaccurate when you take this global perspective.
