26 y/o Misty Velvet Dawn Spann from Oklahoma was given 10 years PROBATION after pleading Guilty to Incest and had a sexual relationship with your 44 y/o Mom, Patricia Ann Spann!!
Patricia lost custody of her daughter and 2 sons when they were kids who were then adopted and raised by their paterenal grandmother.
She reunited with her daughter in 2014 after they "hit it off" and started adopting a child together..then they got MARRIED in 2016 after Patricia convinced her daughter that they were not violating the law.
But they were and just a few months later in September 2016, they were charged with incest after a DHS child welfare worker blew the whistle on them
Incest is a felony crime and punishable up to 10 years in prison but misty took a deal admitting to it for a lighter sentence.
In addition to the 10 years of probation, she is to undergo counseling and pay court fees.
Patricia plead not guilty who has yet to hear her fate..
This isn't the first time that Patricia was in a romantic relationship with her CHILDREN as she also married one of her sons, Jody Calvin Spann in 2008!!
Patricia said her relationship with her son was not sexual and she married him to prevent him from being deplyed to the military..that marriage was annulled 2 years later by the son.
Misty annulled her marriage to her gross mother last month who was induced by fraud to enter marriage
Cody Spann, the other son said that his mother manipulated both his sister and brother into marriage and tried to HIT ON HIM too!!
He said "I think she's worthless to put my sister into this. She forced my sister into this, there's a lot of people that know it. For you to want to put your own daughter through this, what kind of person are you? If that's what you want, that's on you, but none of us kids want that and now you got my sister behind bars"
