I add Thanksgiving because I've seen it argued that because it is the meeting of two holidays, it belongs between them. I certainly don't agree with that, but I figure I'd put the choice up there for those who want it.

Christmas because the plot is centered around Christmas. Halloween has just ended at the beginning of the movie.
