You can't participate if you don't currently have pets. You'll never be able to see any of them again, but it's guaranteed that they'll go to good homes. You're allowed to acquire new pets after taking the deal.

I'd like to say I'd take the money, but I couldn't do it. My dog is my buddy. He's my constant companion. Even knowing he was going to a good home wouldn't be enough. I don't want a new dog. I want my dog.

Do farm animals like horses, cows, goats, etc count? (I don't want to lose them as they're crucial to my livelyhood).

Our dog was just a deal breaker for a better apt. 2 bedroom heat included free parking lot and in a great area (same area we live in now) for 1000 a month.

But they said no dogs... Damn it. I still don't think I'd do the deal though.

It's more of a sentimental thing to my horses more than anything. The money, time, and care that I've spent on each of them is priceless. You really grow find of these creatures.

But yeah, I already voted for the money anyway. <_<

I'd probably give my dogs to my sisters or brother as well, so I'm not too concerned losing them as much.

As long as they're going to good homes I'd take it. I'd love to rehome the cats but I'd miss my fish but with 1mil I'd have more than enough money for setting up tons of cool tanks

What if your wife's happiness vanished with it? Women can develop deep, emotional connections with pets and feel real and genuine love for them. So can men of course, but just because you don't care about the cat doesn't mean she doesn't and you might break her heart.
