There is no evidence that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman is guilty. You are right that we don't have those facts, which actually strengthens Zimmerman's case because of the way the justice system works, innocent until proven guilty, etc.

If there isn't evidence to convict Zimmerman on murder, there is surely enough to convict him on manslaughter by causing a dangerous situation that resulted in loss of life. There is no rebuttal to this and anyone who tries probably has a racial motive.
