Asian California Teacher said it should NOT be a Crime to PUNCH a NAZI!!

California Teacher, Yvette Felarca, a middle school teacher who PUNCHED A WHITE NATIONALIST during a demonstration is calling on the charges against her to be DROPPED as "standing up to Nazism is not a crime"

She was one of the 300 counter protesters who set out to stop a demonstration by white nationalist Traditionalist Worker Paty in Berkeley in June 2016

The 2 groups clashed outside the state capitol building leaving 14 people with serious stab wounds, cuts and bruises

She is the member of the "By Any Means Necessary" who opposes Far Right Nationalism and said "These charges against me are false. They should be dropped. Standing up against fascism and the rise of Nazism and fascism in this country is not a crime. We have the right to defend ourselves"

Her lawyer, Shanta Driver said the police at the time were far too slow to intervene and said "I think anyone has the right to self-defense. I think what's shown in that video is partial and incomplete"

She has been prominent at several clases in Berkely involving the Occupy Movement and more recently against Trump and conservative leaders

Yvette Falarca is a sociopath. She has a history of being violent, manipulative, and all around insane. She gets away with a ton of shit because of people like TC who giver her a pass just because she's a short asian woman.

But justice is more than morality.

A society cannot function if its members are allowed to freely attack each other. Assault is a minor crime, but it has to remain a crime in order for things to function.

I will applaud anyone who punches a Nazi. But I won't shed a tear when the puncher gets arrested either. That's how the law is supposed to work.
