Absolutely. I'd be able to retire and retiring early is my #1 goal. With retirement, I can do whatever the hell I want with my time and actually enjoy life at my own pace. No more deadlines, the work I do will be purely out of pleasure.

Anyone saying money can't buy happiness is either full of shit or playing semantics (i.e. full of shit).

Bad shit can still happen and there are limitations to what money can do, but at the same time, every single problem in my life right now could be solved with large sums of money.

It would change my life in a lot of ways, but I wouldn't say it guarantees happiness. It just means I'd have a different set of problems

Hell no, and most rich people are no happier than we are. Most people who won a fortune in the lottery say that their life got worse after winning.

Solve all the problems you have now, and you'll just find more problems to replace them.

I also don't value "things" much. I enjoy a simple life.

Not guarantee, but it's certainly make a huge impact. I could move, buy a house/car, travel and actually get some good memories.

I have a lot of personal feelings that won't be easily solved with money (such as the inability to share it with my dad), but it would certainly have its benefits

Yes. I could live in a few different states, have my dream cars, make sure my wife and kids are set and could help out family members and those less fortunate. It would absolutely guarantee happiness.
