Would you support putting an end to internet anonymity?

Say you had to log in to an account to access the internet that identified you and logged everything you did. Reasoning would be to combat terrorism.

PONG WAS REAL? I thought that was just a story parents told kids to scare them
Fuck no.
Do unto others what your parents did to you.
I mean, your ISP knows everything you does and knows your name and address and IP.

Internet giants have gotten amazingly sketchy, they know everything you do already too

Do you know how many crazy people are on the internet? The only reason I contribute anything is because the only response batshits can have is "Curse you DevsBro!" instead of looking up my address, coming to my house, torturing my wife to death and waiting for.me to come home and find her.
No. All this would do is hurt people who its "intended" to help. Like, your ISP can hold you accountable already. But enabling your private information to be seen by everyone opens people up to a new world of harassment.

Why would holding John Smith responsible for his shit posting on CE be any different than lameusername123's shit posting? I would probably not know or recognize it any different. Or I would know when I see John Smith, his posts are likely going to be shit and ignore him just like I would lameusername123.
