Huh??

Every other week. I used to do it every week when I had new towels.
Alkaloid: It's just water in a cup.
Of course

Not doing so is almost as bad as:

Wiping back to front
Tipping less than 20%
Circumsizing your children
Eating steak with ketchup
covfefe

I clean it after two loads, cause that is when it builds up for me. One load, and I have to use a brush to scrape it off, with 2 loads, I can peel it off easily.

This for me too. Sometimes after 3 loads if I am doing smaller loads.
After I'm finished doing laundry, whether it's 1, 2, or 3 loads.

Every time I use it? No.

Once a week or so, yes.

This is how I do it also. If for whatever reason the filter is deemed to dirty by the dryer it actually says something and doesn't start when you hit the button. ( I had that happen once because I was tired. )
I try to check it every time, but I won't always clean it. Most times there's really nothing there to clean.
