Imagine if they made a Dynasty Warriors game based on one of the 2 major american comic book companies. the generals are heroes and villains. the peons would be like SHIELD/Hydra agents for example in Marvel Warriors.

Marvel I guess, but they both have good characters.

I prefer DC characters but too many of the most popular ones are too unbalanced in power.

It's true that Marvel has the Sentry but people are gonna want to play Ironman, Spider-man and the like. Those guys are by no means chumps, but not Superman-tier. Thor will still be an elephant in the room though. Meanwhile, Superman, Captain Marvel and Martian Manhunter are probably in the top fifteen or so most popular DC heroes and could solo a whole field of say, Green Arrows, supposing no Kryptonite. Which sure, is kinda the Dynasty Warriors thing but people are gonna want GA playable, whoch is just not feasible.

Dunno about DC, but Marvel does have the Ultimate Alliance series, which is also a beat-em up type.

I'm imagining you play as one of the girls and instead of trying to kill you, all the grunts are trying to kiss you instead. But you still get your swords and whatnot.

I was thinking more along the lines of getting to date amongst the playable characters, of which there are approximately 5 million at this point
