I'd say it's 50/50. Too much racism is not better than too little racism, if that's even a thing.

For every negative, too little is better. For every positive, too much is better.

That really depends.

Not counting drastic cases on either extreme like rupturing blood vessels or shock, asymptomatic hypotension is far better than asymptomatic hypertension, considering the former is not a problem at all while the latter is a ticking time bomb for your health in all levels.

Too much salt.

A new study published earlier this year, however, suggests that limiting salt could be one of the very worst things we can do for our hearts. It shows that not only does strictly limiting salt not help, it can actually cause the very problems it’s meant to prevent. In other words, a low-salt diet isn’t “heart-healthy.” In fact, it might be a fast-track ticket to heart attack and stroke.
