An argument to this, is the question: Should people be given the right to vote on country matters or elections if they're so clueless and do not know fully about what and who they're voting for?
It's like giving a person the wheels to a car, when he can't even drive well.
Especially in cases like Brexit has shown, old people who know none better voting out of the EU only for the young people to suffer the consequences.

They could get paid to vote or just pick up a newspaper and vote their way. or just vote democratic
50% are just watching, 30% are hating and 20% supporting
Trump is a result of an outcry of neglected areas never getting relief. If you want to stop situations like Trump, find a way to relieve these people of perpetual poverty.

There should be voting tests to prove your ability to understand the issues before you are allowed to vote on them. I am aware of the comparison to rigged Jim Crow era tests and don't care.

Rural was a dumb word to use
