Based purely on my experience. It is Mexicans. I grew up in a mostly Mexican city and my family is Latino and just being from a third world country there isn't the same pressure to not be racist considering the conditions and worries they face compared to White Americans. I have Mexican cousins from Echo park who say they would join the kkk if they were white. They would get jumped and fucked with by black people a lot, but that racial tension gets ignored. The older one is a cop now too.

Same. I mean a lot of my family has some ignorant views, but a lot are the older and from a different country. A few are pretty bad. My Mexican cousins considering where they grew up and one of my uncles.

As a white guy married to a black girl in a very diverse city...black people. Though they seem to just be against interracial stuff and not white people in general.

We get dirty looks from black people all the time. But every time I interact with black people without my wife they're always super nice.

Though honestly now that I think about it it's pretty even. Except Asians here hate everyone.
