The internet tells me bees are chill but wasps are dicks

Like will a bee not really sting you if you just minden your own business even if yor business happens to involves gettin all up in next to the bees grill

Bees aren't really chill they're just preoccupied and they'll be just as much of dicks if you interfere with their work.

see but like what if im just walking around and the bee bumps into me and im all like "sorry bee" but the bee thinks im all up in his grill but im not im just walkin around and the bee gon be like "ya bitch ur gonna be"?

Wasps will actively engage you.

Bees die if they sting you, they can't be dicks.

Wasps can sting as much as they want so can be the biggest dick if they want to.

Killer Bees are also dicks

And actively avoiding stings is in the best interest of bees because they might die (disembowelment / pissing off something 100X its size) and because venom isn't cheap you lazy millennials

Mahogany wasps are dicks

Honey and bumblebees are chill as long as your presence isn't triggering them (ie: you smell weird). Other species of bees can be less tolerant if you're too close to the hive. They don't care about sacrificing themselves to sting you. On an individual level, each bee just exists to maintain the needs of the hive. Think of them as like organic machines, similar to ants.

Wasps are nature's assholes. Common species are much more territorial. And some of them have painful stings that make a bee's seem like a flea bite by comparison.
