Do you remember this story, i think it was like 4 years ago or something......

.....at a smaller race not a sprint cup race, a driver got out of his car to confront tony stewart and stewart rand over him and killed him. Do you think stewart purposely ran over him? The family is suing tony stewart and the civil case is going on now iirc.

No, and the guy was a complete maniac to get out onto a track with a race going on. Fuck him.
