Police were being very reasonable, and flat out warned him what would happen. He was like bitch, drag me. Then they dragged him.

The cops weren't the ones people are mad at. It was United for creating the situation.

I'm uncertain how he got the blood on his face as I haven't followed the story that much. Assuming it wasn't the result of the police hitting him there isn't much they can do other than drag him if he isn't gonna cooperate. I mean I'm open to hear other ways they could have got an uncooperative person off the plane.

I heard united had employees they had to send somewhere asap so they had to kick 2 people off. 1 guy willingly left and this guy didn't.

They had no right to do this. The military can boot you off a military plane to make room for MEPs but a business cannot. UA's employees getting somewhere isn't life or death.

That shit is supposed to sorted in the lobby though, once boarded tough shit. They could have been flown out by another airline for $100, a very small drop in the ocean for them.

But they never had a right to ask him to leave. They can deny boarding for an over capacity flight but they can't ask people to leave once they've boarded.
