Play Witcher 2 before Witcher 3?

I hear it's short.

Shorter than TW3? Yes.
Short compared to other games? No.

It's a great game, combat is gets awnkward, tho.
If you don't have that much time to spend on TW2, just play on easy and complete it for the cutscenes and the story.
