yeah i watched a lot of jordan and this golden state team is stacked, they have like 4 or 5 all stars. Jordan was human after all just like everybody else.

It's entirely relevant to the topic at hand, how old you are and how much of Jordan's career you were old enough to remember to fairly determine a result like you are asking. Hopefully you aren't just going by statistics. Me? I'm about to turn 36, I was alive and old enough throughout the career of both players to make a fair assessment.
It's like I get into these debates with kids who claim that Sidney Crosby is on the same level as Gretzky, and they are like 22 years old. Gretzky pretty much retired when they were 5 years old, how can you base an argument around someone you never got to watch play?
