I miss carob.

My grandmother used to get special carob candies because she was allergic to chocolate, but the place she used to get them from is long gone, and as far as I can tell no one else locally sells anything like them.

I ate a quarter of a square. It tasted not great on its own, but it had this salt added to it that really helped balance the flavor.

not really sure I vibed with it. Ill eat more later and see.
