There's a Syrian ice cream (booza) place here where I had rose-flavoured ice cream once. That's not that crazy (especially if you look pretty much anywhere middle eastern), but I think it probably qualifies.
Also Tiger Tail, but that's not so much genuinely rare as it is unpopular.
