Super Mario All-Stars + World on the same cartridge.
I love Lord Jesus, Family Matters (for Steve & Laura which I typed up a beautiful alt from Just One Date episode) and FFIX (for Zidane & Garnet).

SMW, but All-Stars was REALLY hard not to pick. SMW is my favorite Mario game, but 3 of my other favorites on one cartridge made it really close.

I like SMW but I always thought it was a bit too easy. last time I played it I *96d it in one sitting.

SM:AS is four great games with a ton of both quality and challenge.
This day is gone. We can't relive it. It's gone forever.

Ive played through Super Mario World before, but just started playing Super Mario RPG, and its easily one of my favorite Mario games.

I've only played Super Mario World , Super Mario Kart , and Yoshi's Cookie . Out of those, I think Super Mario World is my favorite.

Super Mario World.

It would be All-Stars, but I always disliked what they did to the graphics in SMB and Lost Levels. Looks horrible to be honest.

In the past, I'd quickly say SMW. But recently I've developed a new appreciation for Yoshi's Island. It has a lot more diversity in it's level design and the art direction is superior. I'd also say it's soundtrack is also rather underrated. It's a tough call.

The older I get, the more I agree. The rest of the games kept more or less the same art style, just more colors, better backgrounds, etc. All Stars stripped SMB of its personality completely. The worst part is yes, Lost Levels mostly looked like SMB1, but it had its own unique tiles and backgrounds (and blue Bowser), and that all goes away for All Stars, especially with world 9 that in the original version was supposed to be reminiscent of the minus world glitch in the FDS version of SMB1

All-Stars does a pretty crummy job with porting and anyone saying "All-Stars + World" is obviously cheating. "My favourite game is five games hur hur hur" shut the fuck up and answer properly.

World is obviously running away with the poll but I can't say anything other than SMRPG. That game fucking rules and that while the remake is amazing the original is still just as playable as it always was.

3 is at least as good as world but the all-stars version always felt and looked inferior to the NES version.

I like the level where you go through the same underground area in a loop and have to get a leaf and fly up. it has those white blocks and the enemies that throw them. creative level
