someone at my work left a few months ago and Ive been doing their job in addition to what i was already doing. I am so stressed out all the time to the point where i cant sleep even on the weekends. legit thinking about going back to school so i can work in a field im remotely interested in. this stressful ass HR job is fucking killing me mentally

What do they have you doing? I work in HR as well but my job is pretty damn laid back (maybe because I work at a non-profit?). Apparently HR can get really stressful though and well this is the field that I ended up stumbling in. So....

At my job they cut my pay by 3 dollars and regularly harass me to get me to go faster, threatening to relocate everyone because of me

My job is basically cardio at this point, I wake up in the morning and my hands are swollen from moving so fast

Oh, and I blame HR, but if it's not you people doing it then it's just shareholder enshitification
