205 pounds. I figured I was still in the 190s even though I knew I had gained.
A few years ago I went on a diet from 215 to 180, which is a good weight for me. Then I kept it mostly off for a while but crept up into the 190s and I figured I was still there.
Time to diet again! I have a wedding to go to tomorrow so I've dieted monday to now(caloric deficit) just to make a borderline fits shirt actually fit, and it doesn't fit amazing despite my work, and also 205 pounds!
Maybe posting about it will help me keep this going. I've had a mostly successful week up to now so other than tomorrow wedding day I don't see why I can't keep this up further and beyond.
Now, I know if you struggle with your weight you need to watch your diet most of the time by default, but man if i want to get down to 180 again, all I need is two or three months of 97% caloric deficit days, which isn't a long period of time overall. I know how to do it, but I just need to do it.
