It was plenty enough to learn about how the information is handled and how it gets used (or doesn't get used) to shape public opinion. You only need to look at Iraq and the WMD story to see that. That wasn't "bad intelligence". They knew nothing was there, but they needed the American people to support the invasion. If you honestly believe the Russians found those documents on Discord, and managed to remove and replace them with shopped versions before anyone on the server noticed, you're delusional. It supposedly took us weeks to find them, but the Russians made it there before the people that were actively viewing the stuff on the server could notice they were changed, please.
