when I was younger I gave loose handshakes but as I got older I started giving firm handshakes since grown men try crush your ass if you give them a loose one.
This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.
If you take 110% of what I say seriously then you're gonna have a bad time.

I try to fist bump instead for a variety of reasons but I can produce a firm shake if i need to.

I'm a short person, so instead of being firm in the hand - I put my whole shoulder/arm into a hand shake so that while the hand is soft, it's unbudging.

Firm, although the last time I shook a intern's hand I nearly crushed it. Kids don't know how to give a firm handshake nowadays.
I am a senior software engineer. If you see me post here, I am tired of writing TPS reports.
