Going strictly by the movies, I have to give the nod to Wick. Reacher from the novels stands a better chance, he's supposed to be a 6'5 monster vs Cruise's 5'7.

I only seen the ... probably second Jack Reacher movie. It starts pretty strong and then dies, and then continues to die until the end where it does a mild continuation of starting quality.

As far as the movies are concerned, John Wick has had a very good start and a pretty decent sequel while Jack Reacher (on screen) had an ok start and terrible sequel with a woeful choice of actor.
Jack Reacher in the books is a fun and capable badass and if they stuck to the source material it would be a tough choice but once you add tom "batshit" cruise and movies that stupidly deviate from a great series of books then it's John every time.

Cruise is a nutbag douche wad, Reeves isn't. I've never been able to stand a Tom Cruise fronted movie. John Wick ftw.
