1 but play the GBA remake if you can. also if you're going to play 3, play the famicom original.

I really enjoyed the FF3 remake.

Damn, just noticed that I have 12, not 11. 11 is an mmo. God im an idiot.

I would skip 1-3 and start with 4, 5 or 6.

go with one and play with all monk and 1 white mage. ok you might want a warrior. But trust me do all monks and don't equip them with a weapon. They will destory everything with their first. and they hit like 9 times.

Wow... What a shitty assortment. I'd recommend 4-10 and Tactics over any of those.

I voted FF1, because it's not bad.

1-3 are extremely outdated and quite boring. 11 is just flat out garbage.

I think you have to wait till around level 10 before going weaponless starts outdamaging having a weapon on a monk. only played a remake though so eh.

since you later said you had 12 instead of 11. i'd go with that. if you had the remake of 1 its allright. can't comment on remake of 3, I just know the original is hands down the worst FF. I love what it attempted and love it created the job system but it did it horribly.

this. 5 did everything 3 did but better. its pretty much the job system perfected. well tactics did a pretty damn good job too but its not a mainline entry.

I still play and beat 1 every couple of years. It was THE best RPG made until Chrono Trigger.

I remember when FF II and III came out on the SNES and they were pretty good, but I was always disappointed that you couldn't select your party.

you mean 4 and 6? I really hate that america had to skip a few titles and renumbered them because of that.

I wouldn't recommend you start on any of those.

If I had to pick, I would pick 1 or 3, but not those versions. I recommend the NES version of 3 and the Dawn of Souls version of 1.
