2 Ugly Florida Men, 46 y/o Thomas Sigler and 56 y/o William Dennis are going to PRISON after they set a Wooden Cross on Fire in an interracial couple's yard!!
Thomas gets 2 years and 9 months in prison while William gets one year and 9 months.
They both plead guilty to civil rights violations as the 2 men and Pascual Pietri were living in a largely white community in Pasco County when a white woman and black man moved into the neighborhood..that is when the men decided to burn a cross in their yard on Halloween 2012.
Cross burning has historically been used by the KKK to intimidate black people and is still widely used by them today
Pascual was sentenced to 3 years and one month on March 23, 2016 after pleading guilt while a 4th man was also charged but has since died.
Stephen Muldrow said "Acts of intimidation and violence perpetrated againt people because of their race, ethnicity, colour or creed are reprehensible. Individuals and families should have the right to live wherever they choose, without fear."
Sigler and Dennis would regularly harass the interracial couple with racial slurs and derogatory statements where Thomas even ASSAULTED the man..
The victims were attacked and threatened in their own neighborhood and home because of their race.
