Ordinarily I would go for an English speaking city, but Vancouver? New York? Eugh. London is OK I guess, but at that point I may as well just take the plunge and choose Tokyo.

Out of these 10 options? Either Vancouver or Tokyo. Might give the edge to Vancouver though because I don't know a lick of Japanese.
