Ordinarily I would go for an English speaking city, but Vancouver? New York? Eugh. London is OK I guess, but at that point I may as well just take the plunge and choose Tokyo.
Chad remains plagued by political violence and recurrent attempted coups d'état. Chad is one of the poorest and most corrupt countries in the world; most inhabitants live in poverty as subsistence herders and farmers.
N'Djamena, Chad

I dont think you did this right
You have to pick a number and that in relation is what city you get
1. Tokyo
2. Longyearbyen
3 NYC
4 N'Jamena
and so on
I suspected a trap before I entered the topic and chose 1. I figured because of the number 7's recent popular vote it'd be bad. Tokyo alright I suppose.
are you happy with your new city?

7 is usually the worst when it comes to an Oguri pick a number topic.

NYC is the most overrated place in the country to live
As Marshall says in HIMYM, yes, it's the city that never sleeps, BUT I LIKE TO SLEEP.
I usually pick #4 in these things but it's been a real disappointment lately. Time to switch numbers.
Salzburg.I am fine with this.
