What would you suggest the person next to this person do, when a full seat was bought, but a stranger is taking up half of it?
Be bumped up to the next class as compensation? But still requiring a person to buy a second seat but nobody else is discrimination.
Why should they get a free upgrade because they got too big to sit in standard sized seats?? Or am I misreading? The person next to them should get a free upgrade? They'll have to start upgrading half the plane with the way the obesity rates are trending.
