I meant to vote rarely but accidentally clicked never.

I've only really given to charities when I get roped into 5k's and stuff like that. I'm not stingy or against it, but it's just not something I ever really think to do on my own, and if I were to do it on my own it would have to be carefully selected. I mean, yeah, diseases are bad, but I'm not going to just blindly give to a charity because they ostensibly do something that is good. It has to be a cause that means something to me and also a good charity (a lot of them have reputations for being corrupt and wasting money if you bother to do the digging about them).
Just whenever the grocery store is doing something, I won't go out of my way to donate.

Sometimes for me. It really depends on whether or not I know the person involved who is asking/handling the charity. I've had Facebook friends posting for their family/friends which I'm an willing to donate to. If it is some complete stranger I am less incline to help.

Maybe a few times a year.

I donate about 5% of my paycheck to the United Way, not because I really care that much, but because it seems hypocritical to have a job in the city and not donate to them in some way. I also give a few hundred a year to the Greyhound Adoption agency I got my dog Shadow from.

Other than that, if one of my favorite Youtubers are doing a charity drive I will give them a few bucks.
I am a senior software engineer. If you see me post here, I am tired of writing TPS reports.

I don't make enough money to be able to just give any away without getting something in return that I want or need. "But you do get something in return, the good feeling of having helped people in need!" Maybe, but I get that anyway from buying things from indie artists, and most importantly, taking care of my pets who WILL DIE if money is not spent on food and vet care for them.
Maybe a few times a year when some grocery store asks you at the register if you want to round up and donate change to some cause...which even I don't like doing because A.) (the obvious reason) Them calling you out in plain sight and giving you little to no chance to refuse, and B.) I routinely take my change and put it in the empty cupholder in my car, and it adds up. I just went to the coinstar a few weeks ago and got $75 (after they gouged 10% of it).

Bumping a two day old post is considered necroposting?

More like three days, and it's something that guy does all the time. If it was some random poster I wouldn't have said anything
Oh, and the purge rate here is only four or five days usually, so yes, it is necroposting
