A "mostly naked" California Fresno girl who was born with WEBBED FEET was found walking in a street who claims she is a MERMAID and police need help identifying her as she was found with wet hair and wearing just a sports bra...
She said her name is "Joanna" and answers "I don't know" to most of their questions.
Lt. Mark Hudson said "She was wet, she said she had been in the lake, said she needed help and needed to be taken to the hospital"
She was walking along the road near Eagle Spring Golf & Country Club at 3am in the morning and police are stumped in knowing who she is as they went through fingerprinting and did not come up with her identity.
She is described as a woman who is WHITE/HISPANIC 16-30 years old and has brown eyes, brown hair and is 5'4 and weighs 150lbs. She has webbed toes on both of her feet
