New anticheat Vanguard is spyware that can take over and even control features and settings on your computer. Some people getting message telling them to delete System32. Highly recommended to uninstall at this time even if it's not in active use.
Edit: the source I linked to seems to have a media tab that's would get this topic deleted, whoops lol. Regardless, issue is the same.
Riot has also banned all Vanguard discussion on their subreddit, and all posts discussing the issue at being deleted.
