I noticed on a lot of modern TVs, the input lag decreases as you get closer to native resolution. Take this Sony TV: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/a8f

Look at the input lag.
4k at 60Hz: 30ms
1080p at 60Hz: 47 ms
1080p at 120Hz: 21ms

Does this mean that 720p content, such as all Xbox 360 and PS3 games would be something around 60-70ms input lag? Also, most video games run at 30Hz (fps) instead of 60Hz (fps). Does this mean that 4k at 30Hz would be 60ms instead of 30ms? And pretty much every xbox one/PS4 video game, 1080p at 30Hz would have 94ms lag instead of 47ms?

This is very important information that the TV industry is clouding to their consumers. TVs back in the day had a constant input lag of about 15-35ms no matter what resolution you were running. We are not ready for 4k panels, this is getting ridiculous.
