Some people have disabilities that dont fall under the category as official disabilities.
My dads 57 years old with diabetes. He takes 5 pills a day for various issues (depression/anxiety, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc)
He cant do most jobs becsuse hes not physically/mentally capable or stable. So take the age and health issues into considerstion and theres not much work out there for a person like that.
He doesnt get food stamps because his wife takes care of him but without her hed probably be dead.
