Yeah if I coulda i would have just found the most petty ass drug charge person in the jail and released them to make room for the nee guy.
Kinda funny we actually sorta do this in my prison. Single cell segregation only has 28 cells for a prison that houses over 600. So if we need to put one in and its full we just kick out the guy whos been there the longest. Had it happen christmas night actually so it was kinda like a christmas present to the guy they ended up putting back in regular population
