The Mana Sword posted...Has anyone figured out where to get the gym leader notes item to unlock the last level cap raise for each character?
Im also stuck on 18. I was able to beat Very Hard of Tech Supercourse and it have me a single gym leader note, so my guess is that Strike and Support Supercourse do the same.
