you can even extend your time in zi'tah beyond how long you're staying! gobbues require some way to cleanse silence (sub dancer works, as does yoran-oran and monbereaux) but other than that they're super harmless. snapweed have to be single pulled but they're still worth killing (healer staying out of melee range helps a lot because iirc aoe paralysis). corses are annoying with HP aggro but aren't actually that threatening if you aren't dogpiled. vultures are amazing (semih snipe time), and wasps are alright (iirc they can nuke for a lot of damage which is only a problem when tanking multiple)

I like it more than going to too many places.you are going to escha zi'tah right after crawlers, it's not changing the total number of zones you go to though
