Tbf, he has gotten in trouble a lot. Also, more people seem to ignore him rather than report... And the people that dont ignore probably dont care as much. Also, the people he calls that arent posters...

Also, mods cant find everything on their own. And theyre probably tired of watching Duckys news articles that pop up on both boards. So, the only way he would get caught is if someone reported him. But most ignore him or dont care about reporting him. And even if they did, it doesnt matter if they arent a poster here, apparently...
