So, i was playing some l4d 2 the other day. I was playing with two friends of mine, and 4th person was a friend of a friend. When we finished up thr game and returned to lobby i complained about an issue i had with the game for 2 months now.

I have some weird issue where i get lag/stutter randomly after about 30min of gaming, and idk why. Temps are fine, ping is good, mouse doesnt act up, and i tried different mouse and usb slot, updated drivers etc. Only when i shoot i get random delay, which feels also sluggish and sound cuts out for a quarter of a second or so. Makes it very hard to snipe.

Now, this guy claims he's pc tech guy or something like that, and i had just met him for the first time, but he literally asked if he could get remote access to my laptop... He said he charges 80$ per hour normally, and promised he knows how to fix this in couple of min, half an hour at max. Of course, i told him fuck no, but he kept helping me anyway, but all his help was download ccleaner, change anti virus, download driver update tool and such.

Basically, everything he said sounded like complete bullshit and felt like he's way off from the real problem. I dont know my other friend well enough, we have talked and played few times in the past, and he said the "tech guy" is not a scammer, but come on, in EU servers he talks about usd, gives very basic instructions and asks for a remote access to someone's pc he met 40min ago. Who the fuck pays 80$ dollars per hour for tech help??? Like seriously. Ask that much in EU countries would mean your business goes down in a week. And if the guy knew his stuff, he wouldnt say stuff like change your anti virus...

Idk if i should my friend and his tech guy friend or just the tech guy friend... Maybe they're both scamming people, or my friend is just gullible as fuck.
