Most people don't have a very good home gym, if they did they wouldn't go to a public gym. Now depending on how seriously you take a work out then sure a gym might not be required, but most hardcore gym goers take that shit pretty seriously.

I think the biggest thing that keeps most from having a good home gym is lack of space, that and buying a ton of equipment could be very costly.

Anyways my point was that in todays world you don't have to step into a grocery store if you don't want to, shit companies are trying very hard to find more ways to serve those that are wary of doing so because of Covid. Taco Bell just put out a drive thru only restaurant that has 0 contact with humans, the humans make the food then an automated system brings the bag of the food to the buyer.

10-20 years ago going to grocery stores was required period, getting home delivery or just driving by and having someone bring it out wasn't a thing. Assuming you did at least some dining at home, obviously someone could eat out for every meal of the day but that gets expensive.
