The Luigi pickers were lucky that Luigi strengthened since the last contest, as there wasn't much indication of that. And Luigi STILL couldn't pull it off, and he even had the doubled registered user vote! Picking Luigi in the first place made no sense given the high ceiling potential of MMX, Tifa, and Mewtwo.
