Adults charged with child porn face up to 10 years but since he was in juvenile court, he got 30 days of confinement and 150 hours of community service.
But his lawyers appealed the decision since child porn laws were ambiguous and couldn't punish a victim of child porn for distributing it.
It is fucking stupid. Just one more example of backwards lawmakers hurting the very people they're supposed to protect.
This decision is so stupid it makes me agree with Zeus.
