I thought the Doc Ock character arc was pretty great, with him being the final boss. You get to see his downfall and what Peter saw in him, as well as his motivations for breaking bad. That reveal hurts because of all the time the player spends working with him.
Yeah, and the bit on the side of the building where Pete really was laying into him and you were dodging and just punching the heck out of him; dare I say it, epic. ---
