The [Stat] Ploy skills were introduced, but those were either rare(How often did you run into Defense Ploy when Summer Gaius was the sole person who had it?) or not used over Panic Ploy.
But yeah, I suppose I'm going to have to give Harsh Command to a few people now. Still, I'm already starting to get annoyed by these global debuffing skills. The first one at least had a condition to it....

I wonder how many of these skills Intelligent Systems has to put out before people start seriously considering Harsh Command. I guess Micaiah can also run Sacrifice which is useful for Arena points anyways.
