Like, some will only be hurt by black magic. You can barely hurt those guys with Tidus. But Tidus can hurt he really fast enemies, while everyone swings and misses when they attack that enemy. And then flying enemies...don't both attacking them with anyone but Wakka

Yeah, there was really no strategy to random encounters. It was basically a matching game. Oh and don't forget to switch Yuna in so she gets a share of that exp!
