I love how Batman was handled in Teen Titans. Subtle references and symbols. Love that the audience kind of knew that something happened between Robin and Batman and that Robin was more than a little jaded even without any line of dialogue stating it.
Also, does this really fit the mythos? Yes Dick and Bruce have a falling out, and Dick is more than a little pissed with Bruce, but they split on relatively good terms.
