I'd read The Last Wish before watching the show. While Ciri and Yennefer's plot threads in the show are original material that was hinted at in the later books, Geralt's parts are adapted from stories in TLW. A lot of people seem to be complaining that the show is hard to follow, but already knowing roughly what's going on makes it much easier, IMO.

The game is set so far after the book/show that it shouldn't have any bearing, although it does relate back to Ciri's story in the later books.
