Why do millennials like to play the victim card? I say this as a 28 year old who went to a local public state college and had to work my way up from making under 20k a year fresh out of college to now over 100k.
I majored in math and learned practical business skills, such as excel, public speaking, and leadership. I worked my way up in the very unsexy and unglamorous field of insurance. I didnt follow my passion or whatever advice young people are told, and instead chose something that could get me a career and a good job.
I didnt do anything special and I certainly didnt wallow in pity about being a millennial whos been screwed over by boomers.
I grew up in poverty in Georgia, definitely no advantages from my parents.
So I dont understand this us be them victim mentality of people my age.
