Was going to say this.

It's even more likely when you consider the occasional continent polls establish that something like 93% of the site is from North America, Europe, or Asia. There's a handful of people from either Australia or South America, but only a tiny fraction from Africa.

But it's probably an even higher percentage of PotDers, because I can't really think of any South American or African users, so anyone who does vote for the south is probably either in Australia, "Oceania", or lying.
